Clarendon Bolton

We are very proud to have substantially contributed to a successful new build school project in Bolton. Clarendon School is a purpose built facility sited remotely from the old school that it replaces.

Working for main contractor Balfour Beatty, Woodholme Construction have successfully undertaken the groundworks, sub structures, lower and upper floor slabs, as well as the drainage and external works packages.

The completed project has extensive hard landscaping with not only traditional roads, car parks and playgrounds, but also multiple areas of soft rubber decorative play areas.

For more formal games the facility includes a state of the art, floodlit, polymeric multi use games area fully enclosed with fencing and a roof net.

Contracts Manager Mark Barker commented, "we are all extremely pleased with the end results and believe it is a good demonstration of the wide range of solutions we at Woodholmes can offer".
