We conduct our business in a way that ensures the health, safety and well being of our employees, contractors, and any person affected by our activities, is paramount. This is achieved through the efficient execution of procedures, training and monitoring systems.
The Company ensures all of its employees are competent and trained for the tasks they are expected to carry out. Our employees are trained and assessed through a number of sources including; our in-house Training Department, CSCS, CPCS and external specialised training providers. Key personnel hold full SMSTS accreditation.
